only be done by veterans. If you really want to see results, try to complete
this without cheating!
For
7 Days:
§ No soda or carbonated
drinks.
§ Now or little
bread.
§ No pasta
§ No Sweets (Candy,
chocolate, cookies, brownies, processed artificial junk foods)
§ No Alcohol
§ No Red Meat
§ Daily checklist:
§ Glass of citrus
juice
§ Drink at least 6
bottles of water.
§ Eat steamed fish
or chicken.
§ Eat plenty of
fruits and vegetables.
§ Get at least a
30-minute workout in.
