7 Day Waist Slimming Challenge



Are you up for the challenge? This is an intense, no frills weeklong challenge that should only be done by veterans. If you really want to see results, try to complete this without cheating!

For 7 Days:
§  No soda or carbonated drinks.
§  Now or little bread.
§  No pasta
§  No Sweets (Candy, chocolate, cookies, brownies, processed artificial junk foods)
§  No Alcohol
§  No Red Meat
§  Daily checklist:
§  Glass of citrus juice
§  Drink at least 6 bottles of water.
§  Eat steamed fish or chicken.
§  Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
§  Get at least a 30-minute workout in.
