If you're reading this the chances are good that you want to reduce your weight fast for some event, possibly a wedding, holiday or maybe you've just added some pounds recently that you're not happy about. Well I'm here to tell you that it is possible to look good and feel confident for the big wedding day or the sun drenched beach as long as you follow these 2 rules. These were the rules that helped me reduce weight fast when I started my dieting plan a while back.

Boost your metabolism
The idea is to trick your body into believing that food is abundant and hence there's no need to conserve fat. You can do this by eating 5-6 small meals per day. Make sure that your meals throughout the day are low in calories but still contain some protein, fat, carbs and fiber. This is a proven and very effective method to help you reduce weight fast (and get you into that bikini or wedding dress). You must keep rotating the foods in your meals to 'keep you body guessing.'
Secondly on how to reduce weight fast . . .
Exercise
The amount of exercise you are able to do will depend on your current level of fitness. The most important thing is to be aware that all the time your are engaged in physical activity of some sort you are burning calories.
If you have a reasonable level of fitness you should try cardio using 65%-85% of your max heart rate. If you consider yourself to be very unfit then you will burn loads of calories just by changing a few little things (taking the stairs instead of the elevator etc).
If possible it's great to do some sort of weight training too to help your body become more efficient at fat burning and this will massively increase your chances of being able to reduce weight fast.
OK so the second rule - exercise - was obvious but still very essential if you want to reduce weight fast.
So now you're thinking: "I could've guessed that!"
Well that's my point here really. The solution is tried and tested and obvious. Eat well and exercise and stay away from faddy 'miracle' promising products.
It sounds easy but in practice it's not.
In order to help you lose weight fast I would recommend choosing a sensible, tried and tested dieting plan which will bring you results without having you starve yourself. When you starve yourself your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat very quickly. Avoid this at all costs.
